AMNS International School emerged West Zonal Champion at the INCA Map Quiz West Zone 2026, conducted on 09 August 2026, securing the top position with 86.5 marks and qualifying for the National Round on 13 September 2026 in Ahmedabad.
Conducted under the aegis of the Indian National Cartographic Association (INCA), Gujarat Branch), the West Zonal Round brought together more than 100 qualifying teams across centres in Surat, Vadodara and Ahmedabad. AMNSIS fielded nine teams comprising 27 students, competing in a two-hour quiz covering topographical maps, satellite imagery, Indian and World Geography, General Knowledge, current affairs, and ISRO and space science.
The winning team of Atharv Tripathi (X-B), Mann Trivedi (X-C) and Kanak Jain (X-C) topped the zone. Two other AMNSIS teams also featured in the Top 10—Shravya Patel (X-B), Jatan Mody (X-B) and Shloka Choksi (X-B) secured 7th position, while Aaradhya Jain (X-A), Krishna Kumar Bhatt(X-A) and Jihan Patel (X-A) stood 10th.
The victory marks the fourth zonal title for AMNS International School, reflecting the students’ strong command of geography, cartography, spatial interpretation and multidisciplinary knowledge.
